Episode 4: Disconnecting to Reconnect

Technology has a lot of pluses, but one thing that I realized when I needed my phone fixed was that not having it for 4 hours gave me the most peace, more time focused in the present moment, and more opportunity to connect with others.

I share about what I learned as well as what you can do to beginning disconnecting more from your devices and instead use that time to connect to yourself and those around you.
